Jane is a writer, actor, hobby historian, art enthusiast, and former gifted child. With more than twenty years of experience in professional and community theatres, Jane transitioned during the pandemic to more behind-the-scenes work.

Her writing reflects the genres she grew up watching with her grandmother on the old upstairs television: period dramas, animated features, and romantic comedies from all eras.

In 2026, she wrote, produced, and directed her first short film, a comedy. It is currently set for an early 2027 premiere in Los Angeles.

Her scripts have been honored in numerous national script competitions, including Second Rounding with the Austin Film Festival in 2025. Her drama script, Dreamlight, was a 2026 Semifinalist with the Outstanding Screenplays Feature Competition, and a Finalist at the 2026 Austin Film Festival, where it was also selected to be read live at the festival.

She currently resides in Hollywood with her vast collection of thrifted artwork.
